An AI logistics platform for Colombia's flower export chain — from farm to airport cold room. I work end to end: shaping functional requirements inside an Agile squad, designing tablet-first interfaces for six different operational roles, and building the AI layer that ties them together.

I shipped multi-step agentic workflows (LangGraph) over real operational data, built the reusable component system the product teams now treat as the standard, and designed offline-tolerant flows for users working in freezing rooms with unreliable internet.

Manual workflows are down ~30%. My favorite metric, though, is that operators stopped fighting the tool.
